Locked out of your home? We come to you anywhere in Bucks County, from our base in Doylestown, seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM, and open front doors, side entrances and patio sliders with non-destructive entry methods. Our background-checked technicians check the lock first and give you a clear estimate before starting any work.
You can end up outside because of misplaced keys, a latch that failed or a deadbolt that locked behind you. We use non-destructive entry methods whenever the lock allows, taking care of the door, the frame and the lock.
If the lock was already damaged or worn before the lockout, see lock changes. If the lock works well and you only need the old keys to stop working, see lock rekeying.
More home and emergency help: residential locksmith and emergency locksmith.
Open 7 days, 8 AM to 10 PM
We open front and back doors with standard deadbolts, knobs and handle sets, using tools suited to the lock, including common Schlage, Yale and Kwikset keyways.
Patio sliders and doors into an attached garage often have secondary foot locks or rim latches. We open them with non-destructive methods whenever the door allows, taking care with the glass and the frame.
If your key snapped inside the lock, we remove the broken piece. If your keys are lost, we rekey the cylinder on site so the old keys stop working.
We work on residential hardware from established manufacturers:
Schlage
High-security deadbolts, pin-tumbler knobs and electronic keypad locks
Yale
Mortise locks, night latches and digital keypads
Kwikset
Standard locksets, deadbolts and SmartKey cylinders
When you call
Arrival times depend on traffic across Bucks County, the weather and how many calls we have. When you call, we give you a realistic time estimate so you can wait somewhere safe and comfortable.
At your door
No surprise charges: our technician checks the door, the lock type and the cylinder when they arrive and gives you an estimate for parts and labor before starting any work.
After the job
If the lock needs a new cylinder or parts after the lockout, every part we supply and install carries a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.

Usually not. We open house doors with non-destructive tools whenever the lock allows. If a lock is seized or damaged and drilling is the only way in, we tell you first and explain the cost of replacing it.
To protect you and your home, we confirm that you live there before we open the door, for example with a driver’s license showing the address, a utility bill or a lease.
It depends on the lock and its condition. Standard knobs and deadbolts are usually quicker than high-security locks; we’ll tell you what to expect once we see the lock.
